Fiskesuppe Recipe (for 2 persons)

Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh fish (cod, salmon, or a mix)

  • 2 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)

  • 300ml fish stock or water

  • 200ml heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp butter
